Review of Yoga Burn

Trim Core Challenge!

I personally did the Trim Core Challenge and I can honestly say it was worth it! Not only did I feel my core getting stronger, but I also noticed a difference in my waistline. Each week the exercises get progressively harder to ensure that you are constantly building strength. My favorite exercise was the stomach vacuum, which I now do throughout the day to give my abs an extra challenge.
